Select a tooth, choose the chart type, switch between crown view and root view, then record the relevant surface or treatment. The current chart supports entries such as composite, amalgam, GIC, sealant, caries, root caries, fracture, missing tooth, root canal, extraction, implant, crown, and veneer.
Keep existing clinical conditions and treatments separate from the planning chart. Saved entries appear directly on the odontogram, giving the dentist and clinic team a faster visual reference during the patient visit.
The Patient Records area keeps recent chart visits in a searchable list. Review the patient, chart visit date, linked appointment, dentist, number of entries, status, and last update before opening the record you need.
Generate a printable view of the odontogram when a physical or digital copy is required. The chart can be prepared for printing and the patient record interface also provides a Download PDF option.
